Ingredientes:

2 pounds of apples
1 pound of pitted prunes
1/2 cup of water
1 pound of sugar, or to taste
1 stick of cinnamon

Preparation:

Cut the prunes and apples in small pieces. Place the prunes and apples in a pressure cooker and add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 8 minutes.

Ingredientes:

2 libras de manzanas
1 libra de ciruelas sin pepita
1/2 taza de agua
1 libra de azúcar a su gusto
1 raja de canela

Preparación:

Cortar en trocitos las ciruelas y las manzanas. En una olla de presión, agregar los demás ingredientes y cocinar durante ocho minutos.
